Returns, Damages, and Cancellations
We strive to bring our customers happiness and satisfaction, but also recognize that sometimes things happen. If the product you’ve purchased isn’t the right fit for you or if it arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we’ll work with you to make things right. Please read through the returns, damages, and cancellation categories below to find out how to get started. We want you to be happy and satisfied throughout the entire process of working with us.
Return information and instructions
If you do need to return your product, we will work with you to issue a refund or find a suitable replacement or exchange. In order to process your request in a timely manner, please send us an email at [email protected] and include "Order Return Request" in the email's subject line along with your order (#). Be sure to write in your contact info and the reason for you return (e.g. "Unhappy with purchase", "Item is damaged", etc.). If you are unsure about your purchase, please consider holding onto the original packaging as it may be required for some returns. Return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt, and all products must be in new, unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging and hardware. Some returns may require the original packaging to be accepted; including (but not limited to), the original box and all interior packaging and wrapping materials (please contact us for details). If you cannot salvage the packaging we will do our best to work with you. Mirrors are special orders that may be denied for returns due to their fragile nature; but we will handle them on a case by case basis.
Please note, for all accepted returns you will be required to pay for the cost of return shipping.
Damaged, defective, or missing
We always do our best to ensure safe arrival, but items are occasionally damaged in transit or have concealed damage. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if anything is missing, then please report it within (3) days of receipt. We'll require images of both the product as well as the box and packaging to process the claim. Claims will not be accepted if these conditions aren't met. If your claim is accepted, then we will exchange and/or replace the damaged items or issue a refund upon receiving the item.
Change your mind about an order? Email us at [email protected] to submit a cancellation request. Please include "Order Cancellation Request" in the email's subject line along with your order (#), so we may process your request in a timely manner. Be sure to write in your contact info and the reason for your cancellation (e.g. "No longer interested", "Found a better price", etc).
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date if the shipping process hasn't started. There will be a 5% cancellation fee after 7 days. Your order is considered in the shipping process if it has been packed, picked up by a carrier, or shipped. Unfortunately, once a customer’s order is in the shipping process it cannot be canceled. If this affects you, please refer to our return policy on processing a return if an item isn’t right for you. Please note that submitting a cancellation request to us is not a confirmation your order has been canceled. Our team needs to track down your order and try to stop the shipping process before any order is considered canceled. We will be sure to email you as soon as possible for confirmation that your order cancellation has been successful.
Finally, all Custom, Made to Order, Final Sale, and Shipping Service Upgrades are not eligible for cancellation.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift card codes can be used by anyone, so please be careful and keep the code secure. Earth's Treasures is not responsible and will not reimburse for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift card use.
